On 15th July, GeoCale is proud to host a Charity Golf Day at the prestigious Cowdray Park Golf Club, bringing together clients, partners and friends for a memorable day of competition, hospitality and fundraising.
This event is about more than golf.
It is about supporting a cause that has personally touched our team.
Our Operations Manager, Dave, sadly lost his grandad to Parkinson’s disease. Seeing first-hand the impact this condition has on individuals and families inspired us to do something meaningful. This event is our way of honouring that memory and helping fund vital research and support through Parkinson’s UK.
About Parkinson’s Disease
Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition affecting over 145,000 people in the UK. It impacts movement, speech and quality of life, and currently there is no cure.
Parkinson’s UK funds groundbreaking research, provides specialist support, and works to improve life for everyone affected by the condition.
Every fourball entered and every auction bid placed helps drive that mission forward.

A full day of competitive golf, relaxed hospitality and first-class surroundings, all for an exceptional cause.
The Format of the Day
- Guests will be welcomed with coffee, and a bacon roll before a short briefing outlining the order of play.
- The day begins with a 5-hole Par 3 competition (?10 donation per player), followed by our main 18-hole team competition.
- Throughout the course there will be nearest-the-pin challenges and additional opportunities to win.
- After play, we’ll gather for a 2 course BBQ, followed by prize giving and a live charity auction, where we hope to raise significant funds for Parkinson’s UK.
